If you look around the Internet for advice on how to deal with a break up you did not want to happen you’ll find plenty of negativity.
Most of what you read will be a list of don’t’s. Don’t call, don’t text, don’t have contact, don’t be a stalker.
I found it to be very depressing. What can I do to get him back? What action can I take?
Unfortunately the negativity is needed. The first thing you have to do is get yourself under control. If you start calling five times a day or walking around with basset hound eyes or begging for attention you will probably just make things worse.
So get hold of yourself, think positive and start making a plan for getting back together.
